If interested, please apply directly.<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>This is an exciting opportunity to support a brand-new delivery partner program in the Manhattan area. In this role, you recruit local businesses to join a hub delivery partner program by conducting door-to-door outreach, presenting the opportunity, and guiding businesses through the application and onboarding process. You work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, drive referrals through community organizations, and help coordinate and execute recruitment events. The position involves regular travel within your territory and offers uncapped commission potential, including bonuses for completed applications and partners ready for launch, as well as mileage and phone reimbursements.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns, primarily in Brooklyn and the Bronx, to promote the hub delivery partner program.</li><li>Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate strong interest in applying.</li><li>Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through the complete application process.</li><li>Lead and manage sales pipeline activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates on all prospects and leads.</li><li>Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.</li><li>Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and program awareness.</li><li>Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate records and reporting.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns from prospective business partners.</li><li>Travel throughout the assigned territory, including Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan, to meet outreach and recruitment goals.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets to maximize commission earnings and support program growth.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>1–2+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a territory-based role.</li><li>1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.</li><li>Field sales experience is required, including door-to-door or in-person business outreach.</li><li>Strong account management skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospective business partners.</li><li>CRM experience is required; Salesforce experience is preferred.</li><li>Ability to import and manage data using Excel and integrate it into Salesforce.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with business partners.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present and pitch program benefits to business owners.</li><li>Bilingual ability is required, with priority for Spanish and Mandarin language skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel throughout Brooklyn and the surrounding territory.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working in field-based roles that require frequent travel within a defined territory.</li><li>Comfort presenting to groups at community events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town halls.</li><li>Experience collaborating with community organizations, chambers of commerce, and economic development associations.</li><li>Motivation to work in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, events, and follow-up activities simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a Field Manager and other local contractors.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong>The role is field-based and centered around outreach to local businesses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. You spend most of your time visiting businesses in person, attending community events, and traveling within your assigned territory. The position involves working closely with a Field Manager and a team of local contractors to support a new delivery partner program. You regularly use Salesforce as the primary CRM system and Excel for data management and reporting. The environment is performance-driven, with uncapped commission potential, including bonuses per application and per partner ready for launch, as well as a monthly phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement. You must have reliable transportation to move efficiently around Brooklyn and the broader territory.
