Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle documentation, data entry, stock updates, and filing while ensuring records are accurate and well-organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation and record keeping
  • Draft basic letters and documents using Microsoft Word and Google Docs
  • Manage and update daily and weekly stock records accurately
  • Carry out data entry into Excel and Google Sheets with high accuracy
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) via Google Drive and office records
  • Assist in compiling reports and supporting other departments when required
  • Ensure all documents and data are updated, organised, and easily retrievable
Requirements & Skills
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of letter drafting and office documentation
  • Good attention to detail with strong data accuracy
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions properly
Preferred Attributes
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Basic understanding of stock management or inventory tracking
  • Good time management and communication skills
