Agentic Platform Marketing Lead, CRM

About the position

monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM in the market. The partner ecosystem that should be driving it does not exist yet. We are building it from scratch — inside the infrastructure of a 100+ person channel organization built around monday Work Management. This role is intentionally distinct from that program. Different product, different partner profile, different motion. The partners we are recruiting run \$5K–\$25K monthly retainers, sell outcomes not hours, and are actively building AI and automation practices on top of their CRM work. They are not waiting for inbound leads. They are running their own outbound, building their own tech stacks, and looking for a platform where they can differentiate. Your job is to build the system that finds them, converts them, and teaches them to replicate what you build. This is a greenfield build. There is no playbook. The program you design here will become the model for how monday CRM scales its partner ecosystem globally. The first phase is focused on one thing: building a partner recruitment system that runs largely on its own. That means AI-driven outreach, automated qualification, and a funnel that surfaces the right partner profile without requiring manual effort at every step. You will use monday CRM, monday AI agents, and the same automation tools you will eventually teach partners to use themselves. As the recruitment motion matures, the focus shifts to community and cohort. You will build the program that teaches CRM specialist partners how to construct agentic, AI-driven workflows for their clients — the kind that generate recurring AI credit consumption and position them as the RevOps operator, not just the implementation vendor.

Responsibilities

  • Build a touchless partner recruitment funnel using AI agents, monday CRM, and workflow automation tools
  • Design cohort-based training programs where partners learn from each other, not just from you
  • Create \"customer zero\" templates — workflows and automations you build first, then package for partners to replicate and monetize
  • Develop certification and badging standards that signal partner capability to the market
  • Build the content and community presence that puts monday CRM in the agentic RevOps conversation
  • Produce the playbooks, demos, and async enablement assets partners use to sell and deliver modern RevOps engagements
  • Have a point of view and share it publicly — you write on LinkedIn, engage in RevOps and GTM communities, and have built an audience around the work you do, not just the title you hold

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, partner GTM, or partner enablement at a SaaS or MarTech company
  • Fluent in AI — you use it daily, you build with it, and you are actively exploring what is possible with agents and automation. This is the most important filter for this role
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and automations using modern GTM and RevOps tooling. You know the stack and you use it
  • Proven track record inside a CRM or RevOps ecosystem — either platform-side or as an operator who built and sold services
  • Experience designing and running group enablement programs — cohorts, workshops, certifications — at scale
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity — this role has no inherited playbook
  • Active LinkedIn presence and a demonstrated point of view on GTM, RevOps, or AI automation

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefit package
  • Bonus potential
  • Eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • Amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award winning work environment - named a \"Best Place to Work\" by BuiltIn as well as \"Great Place To Work\" certified
  • Foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo and Tokyo
