As Airport Partnerships Manager, you will focus on identifying and securing new commercial partnerships that enhance the airport experience for travellers. Working closely with the Director of Airport Partnerships – Americas, you will play a key role in driving growth across airport lounges, dining, Fast Track and other premium airport services.</p><p>We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Where you will make an impact</strong></p><p>You will take ownership of building a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with airports, airport groups, concessionaires, lounge operators and other strategic partners. From initial outreach and relationship building through to negotiation and contract signature, you will help bring new partners into the Dragonpass network.</p><p>Alongside winning new business, you will work closely with existing partners to identify opportunities for growth, improve commercial performance and enhance the customer experience. You will stay close to industry developments, monitor emerging opportunities across the market and represent Dragonpass at industry events, conferences and customer meetings. Collaboration will be key, working across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Finance to deliver successful partnership launches.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and strengths you will bring</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in business development, partnership management or commercial roles within aviation, travel, hospitality or airport services</li><li>A proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic commercial partnerships</li><li>Experience working with airports, airport concessionaires, lounge operators or related travel organisations would be advantageous</li><li>Understanding of airport commercial models, passenger experience solutions or the wider travel ecosystem is beneficial</li><li>Strong prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities</li><li>Excellent commercial negotiation and influencing skills</li><li>Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers</li><li>A self-motivated and resilient approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>A commercial mindset combined with a collaborative and customer-focused approach</li><li>High levels of ownership, accountability and drive to deliver results</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Dragonpass is an equal opportunity employer.
