Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is mandatory for this role.</p> <p> </p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to strengthen the relationship with Salesforce.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce Sales/Partner organizations, fostering open communication and collaboration.</li> <li>Identify and pursue joint business development opportunities with Salesforce to drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Align internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, with partner objectives to ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.</li> <li>Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and manage partner plans with Salesforce.</li> <li>Align sales teams and drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Track and report on partner performance, joint initiatives, and the impact of alliances on overall business goals.</li> <li>Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to promote joint capabilities.</li> <li>Stay informed about partner roadmaps, product updates, and market trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b><ul> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in alliances or partner management, with a <strong>minimum of 3 years in the marketing technology space.</strong></li> <li>Background in marketing, digital transformation, or related fields.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Must have previous partnership experience with Salesforce. </strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and SAS.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships with enterprise technology providers.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Proven track record of driving revenue through partner collaboration.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</li> <li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.</li> <li>Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives.</li> <li>Experience in joint go-to-market planning and execution.</li> <li>Familiarity with channel sales and partner enablement strategies.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate partner performance data into actionable insights</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p> <p>AIP Connect believes in equal opportunity.
