About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking an Alliance, MSSP & OEM Account Manager to join our Worldwide Alliances Organization and Global Renewals Management Function. As a key sales and operations support function, the Alliance, MSSP & OEM Renewal Sales Specialist is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention across our partner ecosystem, protect Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewals management and complex partner deal support activities. This critical teammate will be responsible for: (i) scaling the alliance, MSSP and OEM account management function (ii) driving execution through cross-functional partnerships across Channel, Alliances, OEM, Sales, Finance, Legal and Sales Operations

Responsibilities

  • Support the Alliance, MSSP, and OEM Sales Organizations and Sales Operations team in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:
  • Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting Alliance, MSSP and OEM sales teams in securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration
  • Support Alliance, MSSP and OEM sales teams with renewals and complex quote creation as well as deal support activities
  • Review, prepare and present renewal sales quotes 90–120 days in advance of expiration
  • Ownership of contract processes including co-terming, upselling and multi-year options related to renewals within partner, MSSP and OEM frameworks
  • Communicate and effectively partner with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Channel Operations and Sales Management
  • Research partner license purchase and renewal history, gather requirements on up-sell, cross-sell, co-term information and work with the partner to position & own opportunity management
  • Structure quoting scenarios including co-terms, staggered deployments, pooled licensing, multi-tenant environments, module/feature upgrades with product dependencies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on how to build quotes in CPQ, price and discount CrowdStrike’s product portfolio within Alliance, MSSP and OEM commercial models
  • Deliver accurate forecasting of renewals + expansion opportunities within Salesforce and Clari
  • Partner with Customer Value Management and Channel stakeholders to understand the health status of partners and downstream customers
  • Provide Renewal Sales Operations team with regular and accurate updates on renewal contract statuses
  • Share best practices and advise on how to package, price and quote renewal proposals within partner program guidelines

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
  • Experience working within Alliance, MSSP, OEM, Channel or indirect sales models preferred
  • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model
  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
  • Previous experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment across multiple partner engagements
  • Tech savvy and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
