Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning of hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and other communal spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, floor care—including sweeping, mopping, buffing—and restroom sanitation.
  • Assist with custodial responsibilities like window washing, light maintenance, and minor repairs to keep facilities in excellent condition.
  • Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for plumbing, electrical issues, or structural concerns.
  • Provide support with residential painting projects or touch-ups as directed to enhance the property's appearance.
  • Maintain a safe environment by adhering to cleaning protocols and safety procedures during all custodial activities.
  • Collaborate with property management staff to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards and are visually appealing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or facilities maintenance.
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping floors.
  • Experience with commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
