We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the daily operations of a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong accounting and property management experience who is eager to grow into a Property Management Position within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in commercial real estate operations, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding tenant and client service.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience
  • Experience with:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • CAM reconciliations
  • Rent collections
  • General ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Yardi software experiense a plus
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and Accounting staff
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • This is an on-site position
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support assigned Property Managers with daily operations and special projects
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and obtain vendor bids for repairs and capital projects
  • Enter and review financial data for monthly reporting
  • Review invoices and ensure accuracy before processing
  • Respond promptly to tenant phone calls and emails
  • Assist with lease administration, including new leases and renewals
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards
  • Assist with vendor and service contract coordination
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships and help resolve issues efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain tenant records
  • Review lease and insurance tickler files monthly for compliance
  • Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance personnel
  • Conduct weekly work order reviews with maintenance staff for accuracy and completion
