Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary:  $55,000 to $ 58,000

Job Summary

Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager, will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and may support leadership with financial responsibilities.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages all functional areas of the restaurant.
  • Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team.
  • Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls.
  • Assists with catering events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 4 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Luxury hotel exp
  • Experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Experience managing cost controls is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
