As our new patient demand continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome an Associate Dentist who is motivated to expand their clinical skills, values patient-centered care, and wants to be part of a healthy, transparent, and collaborative practice culture.

Compensation

  • 30–35% of collections, commensurate with experience
    (Typical full-time earnings range: $175,000–$275,000+ annually)

  • Daily guarantee of $750–$1,000 during onboarding, based on experience

  • Our full time associates have historically made $330,000+ in their first year with plenty of clinical support and training to help you grow!

  • Your starting schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday with the potential to add more days in the future.

  • 6 operatories plus a consult room, with room for future expansion

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday only

  • No nights, no weekends

  • Minimum of 3 days per week with the potential to build to 4-5 days per week.

  • Flexible scheduling, with the ability to discuss 3–5 working days per week. The most likely schedule to start will be 3 days per week.
