Associate Software Engineer I

You’ll work primarily with <b>C# and SQL Server</b>, developing and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">enhancing extensions,</span> batch jobs, and APIs to our Facets claims platform and maintaining deep integrations with external vendor and claims editing systems. This team plays a critical role in reducing the need for manual claims intervention and keeping claims flowing efficiently across the organization. As the team continues to evolve, you’ll also gain exposure to <b>Angular</b>, modern development practices, and the growing use of <b>Copilot and AI‑enabled tools</b> to streamline day‑to‑day work and improve development efficiency.</span></p></div><div></div><div><p><span>To be successful in this role, in addition to the core job requirements, you’ll bring solid foundational development skills and strong communication abilities. This is a small, highly collaborative team that supports many applications, so the ability to clearly communicate progress, issues, and ideas is essential. You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have experience with <b>C# and SQL</b>, can confidently read and contribute to existing code, and are familiar with <b>Agile/Scrum practices</b>.
