Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
  • Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently for order entry, modifications, and payments.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café spaces.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
  • Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Proven cashiering skills with familiarity in POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
