JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel, we know that a great cup of coffee can brighten someone’s day. As a Barista, you’ll be the morning hero, crafting coffee and espresso drinks that fuel our guests. Your passion for coffee and commitment to service will create a welcoming environment that guests will love.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Barista, you’ll create more than just coffee. In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages with skill and precision.
  • Engage with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing friendly service.
  • Operate the espresso machine, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Keep the coffee bar stocked with supplies, from beans to syrups.
  • Assist with inventory management and daily cash handling.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a passionate and personable coffee lover who enjoys making people’s day better. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks, as well as brewing methods.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible schedule, with availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
