Discover your purpose – work in rental!<br><br><strong>Purpose<br><br></strong>The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Their duties include the ownership of the branch staffing, rental fleet, parts/accessory inventory, development of the branch technician team, and building rapport with customers and the community. This role is critical in the adoption and execution of company and safety policies and procedures creating a culture of teamwork, safety, and efficiency.<br><br><strong>Duties & Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Core responsibility for Service execution delivery resulting in enhanced customer service levels. </li><li> Directly responsible for technician supervision and deployment through planning and scheduling </li><li> Responsible for the completion and management of IDPs; Collaborates with Regional Service Manager and Training Department to drive workforce planning through skills development; responsible for ensuring skill sets meet the organizational needs. </li><li> Enforces standards, executes objectives, and holds team accountable for performance. </li><li> Ensures optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action. </li><li> Provides appropriate, relevant & timely input & recommendations for personnel decisions (hiring, termination, promotion, performance management, salary administration) to Regional Service Manager. </li><li> Acts as Local HSE Representative responsible for driving safety performance and accountability. </li><li> Ensures that facilities and work areas are safe, clean, and fully operational. </li><li> Conducts daily toolbox & Safety meetings. </li><li> Ensures the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment. </li><li> Ensures accuracy of Fleet Readiness, Utilization, inventory, and other related information. </li><li> Schedules and coordinates the appropriate and timely deployment of fleet and staff to fulfill customers’ contract. </li><li> Executes logistics and equipment transfer requests and ensures equipment deployed is prepared and fully functional at time of deployment. </li><li> Responsible for ensuring compliance with MAPR standards. </li><li> Accountable for delivery on all key operations metrics </li><li> Requisitions and reports receipt of supplies, parts, and fleet. </li><li> Reviews all work orders and coaches’ technicians on execution. </li><li> Other duties as assigned. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Position Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years related experience. </li><li> 3 years of direct line management preferred. </li><li> 1 year of experience managing technical employees preferred. </li><li> Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading/managing an Operations Team </li><li> Conceptual understanding of the technical fundamentals of the core Mobile Air & Power Rentals activities including Electrical, Diesel and Temperature Control preferred. </li><li> Experience with lean principles including 5S/6S and other related process improvement methodologies preferred. </li><li> Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Quarterly bonus!</li><li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays)</li><li>Career development</li><li>Employee discount programs</li></ul>
