<p>Business Development & Account Manager (Remote) Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London Working Pattern: 9am – 6pm, with flexibility Salary: Up to £40k (DOE) plus 10% commission Start date: August 2026   About the Role We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded professional to support a growing property management team by driving new business and managing client relationships. This person will take ownership of building the pipeline, following up on prospective clients, and acting as a key point of contact for both new and existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone confident managing the full client lifecycle, comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders, and motivated by working autonomously to achieve strong results. Key Responsibilities Identifying new opportunities, nurturing inbound leads, and building a healthy pipeline across the property investment and management portfolio. Managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service standards, and acting as their primary point of contact. Preparing proposals, pitch materials, and leading conversations with prospective clients. Working with property, operations, and finance teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely updates on assets and performance. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and investment patterns to support sales strategy and identify new opportunities. About You You are a motivated sales and client-focused professional who enjoys owning your pipeline and building strong relationships. Proven experience driving new business and converting opportunities within property or a related commercial sector. Confidence managing client accounts end-to-end and responding effectively to client needs, with strong relationship building skills at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create and deliver proposals, pitch materials, and client. Highly proactive and organised, able to manage time, priorities, and targets independently in a remote environment.
