The role:

Caddies are responsible for the ultimate fun guestexperience on the Crazy Golf Course. They are the interactive guides to andactive participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses. Caddiesprovide beverage service, participate in golf and experience-enhancingactivities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos,policies, procedures and goals.

Our perfectcandidate has:

  • A knackfor creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others, and passion forinteracting with guests
  • Minimum6 months experience as arunner and/or busser in a busy environment
  • TIPS alcohol certification
  • Strongcommunication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to growwithin the company
  • The ability to work under pressure and to a highstandard
  • The capability to meet the physical and schedulingdemands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy itemsfor extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
