ROLE IMPACT

As a Call Center/Chat Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients by supporting their marketing operations through responsive communication and efficient issue resolution. Your ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy ensures client satisfaction and loyalty, directly impacting the success of the organization’s client partnerships.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

• Provide first-call resolution whenever possible, escalating only when necessary.

• Document and track all interactions according to established procedures.

• Maintain composure and problem-solving focus when assisting difficult or escalated customers.

• Follow operational guidelines for schedule adherence and service-level achievement.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of Call Center experience - Required

• 1+ years of Chat experience - Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in high-volume settings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related communication tools.


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams

• CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

• Internal call/chat management software


PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting clients in marketing, print, or SaaS environments.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Proven record of maintaining service-level goals in fast-paced settings.
