Certified Massage Therapist

The Doorway is looking to expand our growing 23-year practice with bright, enthusiastic massage therapists who are eager to help people feel better and change the way they understand their body. Our founder has been doing massage for over 2 decades and is excited to share his vision and expertise with you. We believe in the Practice of Massage and want to foster an environment where you can learn, experiment, and grow. We believe that you will create the most incredible version of bodywork and reach your highest potential if you are encouraged and given the space, and the clientele, to explore your craft. We will work together to ensure that our small business can enhance and promote wellness by offering the most incredible services to a wide range of clientele. Your regulars will vary from people who spend their whole day at a desk, athletes, service workers, children, elderly, pregnant, injured and so many more, and they will all be ready for change. Our clinic gives you half an hour between clients so you have the necessary time to understand their needs, customize their experience, and record important information for their future visits. Your clients will have access to programs that teach them to move differently and practice relaxation so they can help learn to balance their body, better allowing you to work more efficiently with improved results. Therapists must:

  • Have completed at least a 500 hour course in massage training
  • Perform massage therapy according to established state and ethical standards. Skills or certification in additional modalities are a plus
  • Have liability insurance
  • Work at one or both of our Minneapolis locations with a set schedule of 3-5 shifts/week.
  • Be friendly, honest, diligent, professional, prompt and dependable
