Certified Medical Assist - Work from Home - Telephonic Chronic Care Review

Seeking full time Certified Medical Assistant for a Chronic Care Management telephone position. This job is intended to be work from home, provided proficiency is demonstrated after 3 weeks of in person training. Candidate must have a minimum of 1-year clinical experience and be proficient with medical terminology, medications, and related labs. This position relies heavily on the ability to quickly identify medications that are prescribed for specific diagnosis. Also, the ability to quickly navigate within a EMR system while speaking with patients.

Task for the job include daily patient calls, charting assessment information, scheduling appointments, chart audits and anything else necessary to ensure continuity of care for each patient. Training for this position is located in Cox's Creek, Bardstown KY area. Candidate must be highly proficient with computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and Word. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and be able to demonstrate critical thinking. This position requires a highly self-motivated person, capable of time management.

Candidate must have high speed internet with Ethernet capabilities and a designated home office that complies with HIPPA standards. This position pays $16.50 an hour plus possible production bonus.
