Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm

Location: Barrington, RI
Pay Rate: $21-25/hour

Arbor Associates is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a high-need case in Barrington. This role requires strong hands-on care experience and confidence supporting individuals with more involved physical needs. Please note: This position includes supporting female personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. If you’re skilled in ADLs and ready to step into a role quickly—this is a strong opportunity.

Available Shifts:

  • Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm - Weekend availability a must!


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators

  • Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Assist with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Help with meals, including preparation and feeding assistance

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

  • Communicate observations and patient needs clearly to the nursing staff

  • Accurately document care and interactions

  • Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and requests

  • Show empathy, patience, and respect in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in RI
  • Valid CPR & First Aid certification
  • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation to assigned work sites
