Key Responsibilities:
As a growing business, we wear many hats! Your varied responsibilities will include:
- Client Relations: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and meeting with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Scheduling: Coordinating and managing complex schedules for employees and clients, ensuring no details are overlooked and everyone is where they need to be.
- Operational Support: Assisting with errands, marketing events, and maintaining the office and grooming vans. Occasionally, performing pet care visits for dogs and cats.
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and abilities:
