This role is responsible for building trust with new clients, strengthening existing partnerships, and making sure what was sold is executed with clarity and consistency. They sit at the intersection of sales and recruiting—close enough to both sides to prevent disconnects, solve problems early, and keep the client experience human, strategic, and high-touch.<br></p> <p>This person will oversee the health of every requisition under their client accounts, not by directly managing recruiters, but by driving alignment, communication, and accountability across the process.
