Client Success Manager – Fintech / Payments An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing broker/fintech experiencing strong momentum in the Payments space.

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to help deliver an outstanding experience for our clients and partners. You will play a key role in building relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the successful use of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and ongoing support
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams where needed
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration with our systems and APIs
  • Monitor client performance and usage, providing insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve offerings
  • Support customers in troubleshooting technical or operational challenges
Qualifications
  • Experience in client success, account management, or customer support within fintech, payments, or SaaS
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with technical products (APIs, software platforms, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience
Location
  • This is a hybrid position based in London.
  • Occasional travel to European offices as required (once a quarter).
Salary
  • £75,000 – £125,000 depending on experience
  • Incentives and Discretionary bonus
  • Full benefits package as standard
