The Role: In this customer-facing role, you will drive configuration and optimization of our SaaS platform with speed and precision. You will work as part of a dedicated delivery pod — partnering with a Data Engineer and a Reporting Analyst, and reporting to a Project Manager — jointly accountable for the end-to-end success of every agency in a shared book of accounts.
