<p><span><i>This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S</i></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The IAM Consultant for the CyberArk COE in the IAM Services group will require a strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM), privileged access, and CyberArk’s suite of products. IAM Consultants are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. An IAM Consultant must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>How you’ll make an impact</b></span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of CyberArk Consultant on all CyberArk -related technologies from a deployment perspective.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as lead or supporting deployment engineer on CyberArk deployment projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide CyberArk -related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform the following CyberArk deployment related activities on projects (including but not limited to):</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented follow out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in all CyberArk deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, and third party system integration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design, implement, and educate on CyberArk processes, and least privilege.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide knowledge transfer and post production support activities as necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide feedback on internal processes required to help train and mentor other CyberArk deployment engineers in the PAM COE.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help continue to build and improve the CyberArk COE Knowledge Base.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform work successfully with supervisory oversight.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span><b>What we’re looking for</b></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree preferred with approximately 2-5 years of related work experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Approximately 2-5 years of technical architecture experience preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise with one or more of our core Technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Thorough understanding of large-scale environments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of at least 2 security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, data classification, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architecture and governance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong presentation and verbal communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent, detailed writing skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ideal candidate will remain current on all CyberArk and PAM market related trends, tools, and methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to obtain and evolve technical expertise, certifications and industry credentials through formal and informal training and other educational initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to obtain and maintain CyberArk certifications</span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Training/Certification:</span> CyberArk Defender and CyberArk Sentry certification would be positive/preferred; additionally, related professional certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA are preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in CyberArk and related technologies.
