Together, we bring MORE change to the world.</p><p></p><p>Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.</p><p></p><p>The Contract Lifecycle Analyst is responsible for providing commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team at Cepheid.</p><p></p><p>This position reports to the Sr Manager, Commercial Contracts and is part of the Business Operations Commercial organization located in the United States and will be fully <b>remote</b>.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Implement a variety of agreement types from signature through terms and conditions and pricing upload in contract management tools such as Adobe Sign, CLM, Salesforce.com and SAP.</li><li>Research and partner with cross functional departments to resolve contract price discrepancies.</li><li>Administer contract price increases in accordance with agreement terms.</li><li>Maintain contract database through activities including but not limited to, updating of contract and instrument status, termination of contracts, and drafting of customer administrative and termination notices.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p>The essential requirements of the job include:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years or Master’s degree with 1+ year of related work experience in contract administration or contracting</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</p><ul><li>Working within a contracts team in the healthcare or medical device industry</li><li>Working with Salesforce.com, SAP, Adobe Sign, and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools</li><li>Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys</li></ul><p></p><p>Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
