Lids have built partnerships and collaborations with iconic global brands including Marvel/Disney, Playboy, Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack, and Post Malone, creating a community where fans, fashion, and culture collide.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Position Summary</strong></p><p>Responsible for receiving, processing, and posting invoices, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining good vendor relations, supporting company travel programs, verifying financial data for use in maintaining AP records and providing other support as necessary for the payables of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principle Duties And Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Active member of the Corporate Accounts Payable team.</li><li>Receive and send out vendor invoices to the appropriate business owner for approval.</li><li>Reconcile and maintain vendor statements and relationships.</li><li>Work with vendors to keep our accounts in good standing.</li><li>Process and code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.</li><li>Create adjusting journal entries as needed.</li><li>Support the company’s corporate programs: Brex, Motus, and Engie.</li><li>Communicate with employees and vendors at all levels.</li><li>Ability to maintain an organized work atmosphere.</li><li>Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.</li><li>Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Required Knowledge & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>0-4 years of relevant experience or college degree preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.</li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office Products.
