This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into concise, engaging communications that build alignment, trust, and performance across the organization.</p><p></p><p>This position also contributes to modernizing internal communications by responsibly leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and Internal Communications</h3><ul><li><p>Partner with enterprise and functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective employee communications.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute internal communication plans, including audience identification, key messaging, channel selection, timelines, and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted communications advisor by proactively identifying communication needs and recommending solutions that support strategic outcomes.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Content Development & Storytelling</h3><ul><li><p>Write, edit, and distribute internal communications such as announcements, leadership messages, initiative updates, presentations, scripts, FAQs, and talking points.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and simplify complex information for internal audiences.</p></li><li><p>Ensure messaging is consistent with enterprise narrative, voice, and tone across all internal channels.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Channel Management & Editorial Operations</h3><ul><li><p>Manage corporate intranet content, including publishing stories, maintaining key pages, and ensuring content accuracy and relevance.</p></li><li><p>Produce and manage internal newsletters and email communications with strong editorial judgment and quality control.</p></li><li><p>Maintain an internal editorial calendar aligned to enterprise priorities and key milestones.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Project & Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li><p>Manage multiple internal communications projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, approvals, and deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Support cross-functional initiatives by providing communications strategy, messaging, and execution.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to improving internal communications processes, tools, and templates.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>AI Enablement & Innovation</h3><ul><li><p>Identify and apply high-value AI use cases (e.g., drafting, editing, summarization, content repurposing, message variations, FAQ development, and workflow optimization).</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain reusable templates, prompts, and resources to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Education & Years of Experience</b></h1><h2><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or a related communications role.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience writing and editing internal communications for diverse employee audiences.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs concurrently.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint or intranet content management systems.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h1><ul><li><p>5 or more years of experience in corporate or internal communications.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting large, matrixed, or enterprise-level organizations.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with employee intranet platforms, editorial planning, and internal
