Corporate Real Estate Associate (2–8 PQE) -

An elite global law firm with a market‑leading real estate practice is seeking to hire a Corporate Real Estate Associate (2–8 PQE) as part of continued strategic growth within its high‑performing London real estate team.

You will join a specialist platform known for:

  • Advising on high‑value, complex real estate transactions across the UK and internationally
  • Acting for institutional investors, private equity houses, developers, sovereign wealth funds and major corporates
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and platform investments across all major asset classes
  • Supporting large‑scale, strategic real estate investments with a strong corporate and transactional focus
  • Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice directly to in‑house legal teams, investment committees and senior stakeholders
  • Seamless collaboration with colleagues across real estate finance, tax, funds, planning and development
This is a team operating at the top end of the corporate real estate market , advising on transactions where commercial judgement, structuring expertise and technical excellence are essential.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of sophisticated corporate real estate matters, including:
  • High‑value real estate acquisitions and disposals
  • Joint ventures, co‑investment and partnership arrangements
  • Corporate structuring of real estate investments and platforms
  • Asset management and strategic advisory work for key clients
  • Coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams across finance, tax and regulatory workstreams
  • Supporting cross‑border transactions involving international investors
You will work closely with partners and clients on premium transactions, while also supervising and mentoring junior fee‑earners as appropriate. About You The team is seeking high‑calibre candidates who:
  • Ideally UK‑qualified with 2–8 PQE in corporate real estate
  • Open to considering Australian & New Zealand applicants
  • Have experience gained at a City or leading international firm
  • Have a strong understanding of real estate investment structures and transactional workflows
  • Are commercially minded, proactive and confident managing complex matters
  • Thrive in a collaborative, high‑performance and client‑facing environment
