About the position

The Content Producer is part of a dedicated team that builds the future of corporate communications with flawless storytelling and top-tier content creation. The Content Producer opportunity allows an ambitious early-career professional to develop and deliver compelling narratives across real-time moments, campaigns, and editorial series. The Content Producer plays a key part in helping the Content team scale: ensuring great moments are captured, stories are told consistently, and content moves efficiently from idea to execution. You’ll have access to high-profile initiatives while building real, transferable content skills! Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, produce, and edit multimedia content (video, photography, audio) for various channels, including employee communications, corporate social media, and executive visibility.
  • Support end-to-end production, from planning and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Develop processes to enable high-scale employee-generated content, including filming mentorship, shot lists, toolkits, and standard methodologies.
  • Partner closely with internal collaborators to translate business priorities into compelling narratives.
  • Ensure content reflects Hasbro’s brand voice and creative standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain shared content folders, ensuring assets are clearly labeled, accessible, and ready for use.
  • Stay on top of emerging content trends and formats to keep Hasbro’s storytelling fresh and engaging.
  • Assist with content execution for key moments and campaigns, including internal moments, programs like Women Innovators of Play, industry programs, awards, and partnerships.
  • Support asset collection, approvals, and coordination across collaborators to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Draft first-pass social copy for corporate channels, including for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Support executive and leadership social content by drafting copy and recommending visuals.
  • Assist in building and maintaining rolling content calendars and draft documents, including notes on channels, visuals, and timing.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance across social media, internal platforms, and podcasts.
  • Actively explore and apply AI tools to improve content creation, distribution, and measurement.
  • Provide recommendations on how Hasbro’s content and narratives can better surface in technology-enhanced environments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content production, communications, social media, or a related field (internships and freelance work welcome).
  • Proven ability to build high-quality multimedia content end-to-end.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to distill complex ideas into captivating content.
  • Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable managing multiple drafts and deadlines.
  • Comfort in working collaboratively and taking feedback.
  • Experience with social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Basic familiarity with video editing tools or content review workflows.
  • Experience with social media analytics and tools for measurement and performance evaluation.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborators in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active user of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content tools, research assistants).
  • Interest in crafting how brands show up in search and conversational platforms powered by artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
