About the role

We’re looking for a Creator Community Program Manager (Contract) to support with scaling a thriving creator community around Duolingo. You’ll run day‑to‑day operations that help creators make high‑quality, on‑brand content. You’ll partner closely with Influencer, Social, Legal, and Accounting to ensure on-time posting, track performance, and turn creator momentum into measurable impact.

This is a 4-month 30 hours / week contract role with the possibility to extend based on program results.

You will...

  • Stand up repeatable workflows for creator onboarding, briefs, asset delivery, approvals, and reporting – bringing structure to fast‑moving programs without dulling creativity.
  • Lead day‑to‑day program operations: manage calendars, maintain creator pipelines, track deliverables, and ensure on‑time launches across channels.
  • Partner with Legal on contracts, rights/clearances, and usage terms as needed.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure on-time creator payments.
  • Monitor sentiment and performance, share weekly insights, and support iteration based on what works – turning learnings into templates and best practices.
  • Proactively flag risks and escalation paths; manage change with clear communication to stakeholders and creators.

You have...

  • 4+ years in creator/influencer programs, community management, or social program management at a consumer brand or agency, including hands‑on operations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience running multi‑creator programs, and shipping content on time across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong organization and documentation skills – calendars, trackers, briefs, and status updates that keep teams and creators aligned.
  • Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management across creative, legal, and external partners; ability to give and receive actionable feedback.
  • Comfort setting measurable goals and reporting performance with insights and next steps.
  • Availability to flex hours around key launches and engage during peak posting windows as needed.

Exceptional candidates will have...

  • Experience managing ambassador or advocate programs with tiered incentives and paths to recognition.
  • Familiarity with production/usage rights, music/licensing, and clearance workflows in partnership with Legal.
  • Proficiency with program and collaboration tooling (e.g., Asana or similar) to manage briefs, timelines, and approvals.
  • Experience working with global creator communities.
