In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and web leads—resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.</p><p></p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in providing outstanding client experience.</p><p></p><p><b>Compensation & Work Environment Details:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Pay Range:</b> $16 - $18 per hour<br><b>Schedule:</b> <span>Sunday 4pm-11pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-12am EST</span><br><b>Work Environment:</b> 100% remote, home-based</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Manage high volumes of phone calls, emails, live chats, and web inquiries daily.</li><li>Actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and deliver thoughtful solutions to clients and residents.</li><li>Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct client satisfaction calls and send digital surveys to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.</li><li>Recommend additional services or products when appropriate to support client needs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Keep Service Running Smoothly:</b></p><ul><li>Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and escalate complex issues when needed.</li><li>Become a subject matter expert across all Valet Living service offerings to answer questions confidently.</li><li>Support special projects and service recovery efforts as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Manage Daily Administrative Tasks:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other systems.</li><li>Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure.</li><li>Respond to email requests and provide backup for reception phones when needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><b>Customer Service Experience:</b> At least 2 years in a customer care role, preferably in a high-volume call center.</li><li><b>Bilingual (English/Spanish):</b> Preferred but not required.</li><li><b>Tech-Savvy:</b> Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), live chat platforms, AI tools, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li><b>Strong Communicator:</b> Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li><b>Problem Solver:</b> Quick thinker who can adapt and resolve issues efficiently.</li><li><b>Organized and Detail-Oriented:</b> Able to multitask, track service requests, and follow through on commitments.</li><li><b>Education:</b> High school diploma required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why You’ll Love Working with Us:</b></p><p></p><p>At Valet Living, we don’t just provide essential services—we build careers, create opportunities, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
