Responsibilities

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Supervise children and ensure safety at all times
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
  • Communicate professionally with parents and staff
  • Follow all licensing, health, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • CDA, 90-hour certification, or ECE coursework preferred (for Teachers)
  • Experience working with young children preferred
  • CPR & First Aid Certification preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong classroom management skills
