Digital Marketing Manager – DTC, E-Commerce

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position our website as a leader in the gifting industry.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all platforms.
  • Partner with our Social Media Manager to create and strategize on compelling, engaging social content.
  • Oversee email & SMS copy, website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with businesses, brands, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Work with our publicist to identify press and award targets.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Other ad hoc business or strategic projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Proven success in scaling a brand and driving high-growth marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, including PR, creative, and media agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling brand vision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Ability to have some overlap with US time zone (some flexibility offered)
