Job Description The Role Under the supervision of the Director of Sales, the Digital marketing & Social media executive undertakes the responsibilities of increasing the equity of the Hotel and brand through all communications, products and partnerships and using Accor and Brand platforms and tools to drive revenue for rooms and all hotel outlets and services.

The Digital marketing & Social media executive designs and executes the artwork of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas.

  • Create, publish and manage compelling content (text, images, video) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) that reflects the hotel’s brand, voice and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with the hotel’s marketing plan, promotions, F&B offers, events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity in the hospitality sector; make recommendations to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns (paid social, display, email, SEO/SEM) to support rooms, F&B, spa, MICE and other outlets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Rooms, F&B, Events, Guest Relations) and external agencies/creatives to produce high-quality digital assets (videos, graphics, photography) within brand guidelines.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, reviews on social media, and escalate issues as required.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic from social media, conversion to bookings, email open/click through, campaign ROI.
  • Ensure the hotel’s website, online listings and OTA content are up to date, optimized and aligned with brand messaging and promotions.
  • Work with revenue management and distribution teams to ensure digital channels support direct bookings and rate parity.
  • Maintain a digital asset library: organize, tag and archive photos, videos, campaign files and ensure accessibility for team use.
  • Stay current with digital marketing tools, social media scheduling platforms, analytics tools and best practices in the hospitality industry.

  • Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists use.
  • Be well-familiar with the hotel's policies and procedures, well-acquainted with the physical layout of the hotel and its premises and knowledgeable of the hotel's emergency procedures in regard to fire, medical, bomb threat, black-out and evacuation.
  • Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application & ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.
  • Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" of sustainability program (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).
  • Understands and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Heartists Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • Ensure that confidential records and other confidential information are properly safeguarded and are not removed from the office.
  • Does not disclose any financial information or any other information of the Accor Hotels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
