We are looking for a Digitalization Systems Engineer to join our Technical team in Riga. This role is ideal for someone who understands both airline operations and IT systems, and who wants to play a key part in moving our maintenance processes fully digital.

As part of a small, agile team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and improve our key operational systems. We need someone who can bring proven aviation system knowledge and combine it with IT skills to make things run smoothly from day one.

This is a temporary 1-year position. It is a full-time, office-based role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with driven colleagues and gain firsthand insight into a global airline.

This position may require travel to Oslo and other operational stations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and providing 2nd-line support for Ultramain ELB and AMOS;
  • Lead digitalization initiatives towards paperless maintenance;
  • Managing system integrations and small-scale development projects;
  • Acting as contact point for suppliers and ensuring system performance;
  • Overseeing the quality and accuracy of monthly shift administration;
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate shift data reports for salary processing.

What we\\\'re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the airline industry, preferably in Technical Operations;
  • Strong knowledge of AMOS or a similar aviation system;
  • Ultramain ELB experience is an advantage;
  • Solid IT foundation (basic SQL and XML);
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting;
  • Interest in system development and process digitalization;
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking;
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and communicate clearly across teams;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English for communication with colleagues and cooperation partners outside of Latvia.
