Directors will<span> </span></span><span>participate</span><span><span> </span>in developing leaders, designing plans and strategies, setting, and hitting goals, planning actions, and<span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>strategic opportunities to expand the partnerships' scale and scope.
