Your Responsibilities
  • Leadership of transaction projects or individual part workstreams for our private equity or corporate customers
  • Accompaniment of judicial and extrajudicial restructuring processes with transaction-related aspects and associated restructuring instruments, e.g. total/partial sale, carve-out
  • Responsibility for financial due diligence processes - identification and quantification of value creation potentials within the framework of transaction processes, e.g. integration, carve-out and/or exit readiness programs
  • Control and organization of project flow, leadership of project team as well as training and coaching of our (senior) consultants
  • Taking over and responsibility for internal topics (product and business development in transaction services, carve-out and merger-integration context) as well as support in the representation of FTI
Your Profile
  • Very good academic qualification with a focus on economics, business engineering or another quantitatively analytical field, e.g. with a focus on finance, (investment) controlling, accounting, strategy and corresponding further qualifications
  • Several years of professional and transaction experience in the field of transaction services, buy-/sell-side support, carve-out and post-merger integration, corporate finance and/or restructuring consulting
  • Project management experience in the transaction environment
  • High motivation to expand your own profile at the interface of financial due diligence, value creation and restructuring and transformation
  • Enjoyment of training team members, entrepreneurial mindset and a high sense of personal responsibility
  • Excellent analytical thinking, confident demeanor and excellent communication skills as well as team spirit
  • Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
