As Director of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Engineering, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Autograph brand and Colwen Hotels' commitment to service.

A primary focus will be an oversight of the Front Office and Accounting.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a central role in the hotel's success by:
  • Leading daily hotel operations across all key departments

  • Assisting in achieving financial goals and operational performance

What You Bring

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
