Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">OpenLoop is looking for a <strong>Director of Product Led Growth</strong> to build and lead a new product-led growth function. In this role, you will optimize our self-serve go-to-market motion end-to-end, from top-of-funnel demand generation through in-product conversion, activation, and client growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven PLG leader to bring their experience, vision, and executional rigor to a new strategic growth vector within a fast-growing health tech company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role requires a unique combination of growth strategy, technical fluency, analytical depth, and hands-on execution. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to build the systems, experiments, and team that make product-led growth a foundational capability at OpenLoop. We keep meetings minimal and focus on shipping great work, fast. We experiment, build, and obsess over data, incorporating AI into everything we do.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> <strong>PLG Function Leadership:</strong> Build and lead OpenLoop’s product-led growth function, establishing PLG as a foundational growth capability for the company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Self-Serve GTM Ownership:</strong> Own our self-serve go-to-market motion end-to-end, aligning top-of-funnel demand generation with conversion optimization across the full customer journey.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Conversion Optimization:</strong> Optimize the user journey from landing page through the product experience to improve sign-up-to-client conversion rates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Growth Experimentation:</strong> Design and run product-led growth experiments within the product in close partnership with the Product team, identifying and scaling the highest-impact levers for growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lifecycle & Remarketing:</strong> Support and optimize high-performing client lifecycle and remarketing campaigns to drive sign ups to clients and clients to successful clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Analytics Infrastructure:</strong> Build the analytics infrastructure needed to generate detailed, end-to-end visibility into the full go-to-market funnel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Executive Reporting:</strong> Translate growth performance and funnel insights into clear reporting and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Customer Activation Partnership:</strong> Partner closely with Customer Success to drive systematic activation of new clients and help them grow and succeed on the platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market and product-led growth initiatives to improve conversion, activation, and expansion outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Team Building:</strong> Build and scale a team of growth engineers over time to support experimentation, infrastructure, and execution across the PLG motion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI Adoption:</strong> Help lead the adoption of AI across our GTM motion, identifying ways to drive efficiency and improve outcomes across workflows ranging from copywriting to ad creation and campaign execution.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>8+ years of growth or product-led growth experience</strong>, ideally in freemium or free-trial environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience owning and optimizing the full PLG funnel, from initial ad click to free trial, conversion, activation, and scaled customer growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong performance marketing experience and a deep understanding of how acquisition, product experience, and lifecycle engagement work together to drive growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong technical fluency, with a working knowledge of <strong>HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and a strong understanding of how to use AI to improve speed, quality, and execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to partner closely with Product teams to launch and iterate on growth experiments inside the product experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working closely with both <strong>Sales</strong> and <strong>Customer Success</strong> teams on go-to-market or product-led growth initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven team-building and management experience, with the ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams over time.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical instincts and the ability to connect funnel data and user behavior to business decisions and growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A builder mindset with a high degree of ownership, energy for experimentation, and strong attention to detail in execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">SaaS experience is a plus.</p></li><li><p
