This role is responsible for shaping how AI—across machine learning, generative AI, and emerging agentic systems—is embedded into our platform and applications to deliver differentiated, scalable customer value.</p> <p>You will lead a team of Product Managers, partner deeply across engineering, Cloud, and GTM teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership—guiding investment decisions, product direction, and go-to-market strategy for AI-enabled offerings.</p> <h2></h2> <p><strong>Vacancy Status</strong></p> <p>This is an existing job vacancy </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>  </strong><strong></strong><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and evolve the long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered products and capabilities aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes</li> <li>Ensure strategic alignment across product teams, setting direction and partnering closely with executive leadership to meet organizational and customer objectives</li> <li>Define how customers experience, adopt, and derive value from AI capabilities across the platform and applications</li> <li>Develop deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers; gather insights to shape AI product direction and prioritize high-impact opportunities</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to build, deliver, and scale AI-powered products, ensuring successful development, launch, and commercialization</li> <li>Define and track KPIs to measure AI product performance, model effectiveness, and business impact; use insights to drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Own and drive a multi-horizon product roadmap across AI domains, including predictive models, generative AI, and agentic workflows</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI Product Managers, strengthening product practices and execution rigor across the organization</li> <li>Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can unlock meaningful differentiation, measurable impact, and scalable value</li> <li>Drive commercialization strategy, including packaging, pricing, and phased rollout of AI-enabled products and features</li> <li>Establish frameworks for responsible AI, including governance, risk mitigation (privacy, security, bias), and compliance</li> <li>Engage directly with customers, partners, and executives to validate product direction and ensure AI solutions solve real-world challenges</li> <li>Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine AI strategy and investment priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>Primary Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree is an asset</li> <li>10+ years of experience in Product Management in a global SaaS or technology organization, including ownership of complex product portfolios</li> <li>5+ years of experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers responsible for multi- product portfolios</li> <li>Industry-recognized expertise in AI-enabled products, including machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent systems</li> <li>Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and the productization of AI systems into customer- facing solutions</li> <li>Proven ability to define and execute product strategy from discovery through commercialization and scale</li> <li>Strong financial and business acumen, with experience influencing investment decisions and product prioritization</li> <li>Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward common outcomes</li> </ul> <p>Role-Specific Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of delivering commercially successful, customer-facing AI products at scale</li> <li>Experience leading highly complex, AI-driven product initiatives across the full lifecycle, impacting business performance and strategic direction</li> <li>Deep understanding of AI product challenges, including experimentation, model lifecycle management, and performance trade-offs</li> <li>Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for customers, partners, and executives</li> <li>Highly influential leader with a track record of gaining executive buy-in for long-term, AI-driven product strategies</li> <li>Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including storytelling for AI-based products</li> <li>Demonstrated experience guiding responsible AI practices, including risk management, governance, and compliance considerations</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 20% </li> </ul> <p>#Director; #LI-EM1</p> <h2></h2> <p><strong>Work With Impact:</strong> Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
