We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.<br><br><strong>That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)<br><br></strong>This position is responsible for the receipt, maintenance, and the release of original title, contracts, and title applications for DriveTime and all 3rd party entities.<br><br><ul><li>Verify and service titles, distribute documents to correct departments, and ultimately the return of the documents to the customer or outside vendor at the time the loan is completed</li><li>Review and update account information as it pertains to actions taken surrounding document movement</li><li>Complete tasks on assigned accounts in a timely manner to avoid lien loss, provide excellent customer service and adhere to SLAs</li><li>Maintain on-site and off-site document storage</li><li>Ensure guidelines for securitization are consistently being met</li><li>Shipping and tracking of documents</li><li>Contact with outside parties to gain supporting information for title inquiries</li><li>Conduct phone and/or email conversations directly with DMV, title vendors, customers, and other third parties as applicable</li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (The Good Stuff)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communications and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to maintain a consistent and positive demeanor in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectives</li><li>Research state and county guidelines and policies about title inquiries</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectives.</li><li>Ability to effectively apply professional acumen to favorably resolve issues escalated from internal and external customers</li><li>Ability to drive departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements</li><li>Self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities; ability to self-start</li><li>Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner</li><li>Demonstrate problem solver skills, and ability to utilize available resources</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements (a.k.a.
