Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and Salesforce/Billing platform integrations with precision and efficiency. Implementing comprehensive automated test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure thorough validation of system performance and reliability. Leveraging AI-driven testing tools and LLM-based solutions enables intelligent test generation, predictive defect detection, and automation with self-healing capabilities. Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines ensures continuous testing while accelerating software release cycles. Analyzing test results, logs, and data to determine root causes and ensure resolution of defects effectively. Evaluating and adopting advanced automation tools, AI testing platforms, and quality engineering best practices ensures efficiency and innovation in processes. Promoting an automation-first, AI-driven testing approach while mentoring QA engineers across various teams. What we're looking for 8+ years of QA Automation / Quality Engineering experience, including enterprise platforms. Demonstrate extensive experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and billing platforms such as Zuora, CPQ, Stripe Billing, or comparable systems. Gain practical experience using automation frameworks for testing user interfaces, application programming interfaces, and system integrations. Demonstrate expertise using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or comparable technologies. Demonstrate programming expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python. Demonstrate expertise in testing and validating APIs using tools such as Postman and REST Assured. Possess experience with CI/CD integration using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Demonstrate knowledge of AI-powered testing, advanced automation, or self-repairing frameworks. Work in Agile or DevOps environments alongside cross-functional teams. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98,900.00 Maximum: $228,700.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
