Entry Level Wellness Representative

Are you looking for a flexible income opportunity that works around your current schedule? We are adding part-time wellness sales representatives to our team — people who are health-conscious, personable, and eager to earn extra income doing something they actually believe in. Most of our reps start 10 to 15 hours per week and grow from there at their own pace.


You will represent a premium line of metabolic health products with real science behind them and a strong customer reorder rate. We provide all the training and tools you need to get started. No inventory to carry, no office required, and no experience necessary.


Compensation: $110,000 at plan when goals are met


Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to introduce and explain our premium metabolic health products, building trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brand values.
  • Utilize provided training and tools to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you deliver accurate information.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering support and guidance to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Track and report your sales activities and progress, helping us refine our approach and celebrate collective successes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, learn from peers, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Adapt to feedback and continuously improve your sales approach, staying aligned with our mission to empower healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and report sales activities.
