However, we are currently not considering candidates who reside or plan to reside in the following states: </b><b>California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington</b> .</span></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3">This position is fully remote with potential for 25% travel | Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM MT.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Hiring for a Healthy Planet Position Analyst & a Compass Rose Position Analyst.</b></p><p></p><p><b>*Prefer candidates with</b><b> <span>certification in Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose or Epic Clinical Case Management. </span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>*Prefer 2+ years building in Epic (experience should be recent, within the last 18 months)</span></b></p><ul><li>The staff Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications and their technologies throughout their lifecycle (e.g., selection, implementation, support, archival and decommissioning).</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>The staff analyst may also manage small projects related to these applications and their technologies. As appropriate, the role will maintain necessary certifications (e.g., Epic).</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Essential functions are performed independently under minimal supervision and direction, caregiver performs standard duties with minimal supervision</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions</b></p><p></p><p>• Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution</p><p></p><p>• Gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specification while providing product management</p><p></p><p>• Configures, test, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains common and complex systems (applications, workflows, processes hardware, etc.)</p><p></p><p>• Documents and recommends workflow changes and technical/functional designs needed to support the business requirements.</p><p></p><p>• Partners with external vendors to support related third-party applications including <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">integration/implementation,</span> support, and troubleshooting</p><p></p><p>• Solves common issues, incidents, and problems according to agreed upon service levels and according to department standards.</p><p></p><p>• Serve as PM and complete PM functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams</p><p></p><p>• Collaboratively works with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors</p><p></p><p>• Follows documentation and change management standards.</p><p></p><p>• Participates in development of training and knowledge-based materials for use by peers, end-users, and other team members.</p><p></p><p>• Configures and integrates electronic and mechanical hardware with software products to meet the functional criteria of client specifications</p><p>• Develop and understands business reporting needs for end users</p><p></p><p>• Participates in on-call and command center responsibilities, if applicable</p><p></p><p>• Assists in developing and maintaining testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and system integrity</p><p></p><p>• Attends and participates in team, project and department meetings to increase awareness and information flow</p><p></p><p>• Work with project requestor to complete the minimum viable product of a demand in ServiceHub</p><p></p><p>• Request resources for projects and enhancement work using ServiceHub Resource Plan process</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word</li><li>Possesses in-depth business and application knowledge and experience</li><li>Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems</li><li>Skilled in assessing needs and determining through documentation what the best approach might be</li><li>Skilled at problem definition and data collection by establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations</li><li>Ability to write correspondence, and process documents</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><div><span>Prefer certification in Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose or Epic Clinical Case Management</span></div><div><span>Prefer 2+ years building in Epic (experience should be recent, within the last 18 months)</span></div><div></div><p><b>EDUCATION</b>: Bachelor's degree is preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.</p><p>Additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon Supervisory and HR approval OR</p><p></p><p><b>EXPERIENCE</b>: Two (2) years of work experience, or actively working towards a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience working within a related area.</p><p></p><p>• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification</p><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
