Working on the Delivery Team means that you're often responsible for the very first event that our customers organize with us and therefore, their first impression of working with Grip. To deliver in this important role you will be resilient, adaptable and communicative, helping to guide the client through the event journey from inception to completion. Grip’s overall business strategy relies heavily on successful events and retention of clients, and Delivery Managers are one of the key players in this initiative.<br><br>As a Delivery Manager you are responsible for the effective management of event milestones, configuration tasks, collaboration with other teams and advice on setup that will drive interaction. Success in this role means using your product knowledge and project experience to create events that meet the client's needs, are delivered on time, and ultimately deliver the kind of experiences that represent Grip’s strengths. This role will work cross-functionally with various teams to help our clients leverage the Grip platform for their events and introduce new product features.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">🚀 Core Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><span style="color: #333333">We’re a fast-growing company, which means responsibilities will be varied and dependent on client event scope and product usage.</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #333333">Full ownership throughout a project’s end-to-end life cycle, for events of any size</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #333333">Use knowledge and experience to advise on the best configuration of the platform to fit the client’s needs</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #333333">Pay attention to ‘scope creep’, ensure that projects stick to their SOW.
