Executive Chef

Description

If you are a chef-leader ready to make your mark through creativity, leadership, and execution, we invite you to apply and lead the next era of Spirits & Tales.

Spirits & Tales is a destination rooftop dining experience located on the 10th floor of The Oaklander Hotel, known for elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and sweeping views of Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. The restaurant has been described as a modern brasserie with hyperlocal ingredients, seasonal menus, and a unique sense of place.

We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Executive Chef to lead the next chapter of Spirits & Tales through a full culinary relaunch. This leader will be responsible for reimagining the food identity of Spirits & Tales through innovative new menus, refreshed concepts, operational excellence, and an energized kitchen culture.
