This role will be a part of Experience’s Content and Community team, responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of employee experience programs that drive engagement, connection, and community across Reddit. This role partners closely with the Content & Community Manager to bring programs to life with excellence and consistency. They ensure programs are well-run, scalable, and aligned with the broader Experience strategy, while maintaining a strong focus on employee participation and operational rigor. This role will lead execution of core Experience programs, including day-to-day operations and support for: - our ERGs (employee resource groups), - new hire onboarding (aka Reddit Odyssey), - Snoo Community Funds (quarterly grants to fund local employee events and pop-up offices), - partnering on Experience programs across the team (e.g., year-end event, experiences for top talent, internal speaker series, & more), and - partnering on Experience content (from decks to larger-scale virtual video projects).  You must be passionate about ERGs, new hires, events, and building creative programming for Reddit employees (aka “Snoos”) to thrive in this role. The ideal candidate loves building community through our events and programs, can keep up with several fast-paced projects without letting response times lag or deliverables drop, and has a knack for polished, engaging design.  Responsibilities: - Lead execution of core Experience programs: - ERGs and ERIGs (day-to-day operations and support) - Reddit Odyssey (aka new hire onboarding) - Snoo Community Funds (intake, tracking, and distribution) - Speaker Series - Year-end programming - Community-driven initiatives and events - Act as the primary partner for employee-led initiatives: - Support ERG leaders and community organizers with structure, tools, and guidance - Enable employee-driven subreddits and grassroots programming - Help scale participation and engagement across regions and teams - Help own the operational backbone of Experience programming: - Manage timelines, communications, and cross-functional coordination - Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and local teams - Track budgets and ensure programs are delivered within scope - Support measurement and iteration of programs: - Track participation, engagement, and feedback - Identify opportunities to improve programs and processesS - hare insights with Experience leadership to inform strategy - Work closely with the Lead, Employee Experience Content & Community: - Translate strategic direction into actionable plans - Ensure alignment with content, design, and overall Experience standards - Collaborate across Comms, People, and other partner teams At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have: - 2-3 years of experience leading execution for several successful company-wide Employee Experience programs - Experience supporting ERGs in a prior role - Excellent design skills (deck-building, graphic design, video editing, or other) - Strong time management and operational skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Experience supporting or running employee engagement or community programs - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders - Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Expected to travel ~1-2x quarterly as needed - East Coast US preferred (NYC-based is ideal) Benefits: - Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs - 401k with Employer Match - Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support - Family Planning Support - Gender-Affirming Care - Mental Health & Coaching Benefits - Flexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off - Generous Paid Parental Leave  Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
