Experiential Events Marketing Lead

“Experiential touchpoints,” in your humble opinion, can be defined as the following: The smell of warm tortillas over a well-stoked grill; the sound of cumbia and conversations, weaving around the room, loud enough to coax idle toes into tapping and encouraging storytelling to flow; the sight of people gathered, cultivated by common interests and the belief that “together is better;” the feeling of a hug versus handshake (also known as your sentimental MO); and the taste of Mexican wedding cookies from the carefully curated goodie bag on the ride home. In other words, you’re passionate about creating experiences where attendees feel they're experiencing something bespoke, irreplicable, destined to become a favorite memory they’ll cherish for a long time. With a clipboard, laptop, and duct tape in hand (for good measure—because, hey—you already know that you never really know what you don’t know…), you embrace the buzz of excitement on the day of an event and are prepared for all queso scenarios. When family and friends ask if you work on events, you smile and kindly share, “No, I’m in the business of creating experiences,” before riding off into the sunset.

If you love to use your creative instincts, organizational and problem solving skills to pull out all the stops in the name of gathering, our Siete familia would love to hear from you!

About You:

  • Many of your friends joke that your eyes are actually microscopes! Your eagle-eye is THAT good. And everything you touch is better off because of it.

  • “If you’re early, you’re on time; if you’re on time, you’re late,” and even if that’s not 100% true, you work diligently to keep your projects guac-ing and rolling.

  • You love to take initiative and keep all stakeholders in the loop—this way you have ample time to meet (and beat!) every deadline—your status? Always “Tracking” and “En route.”

  • As a creative problem solver, some of your favorite questions to ask and answer are “What if we couldn’t fail?” and “Why?” You love to work towards a dream first, deadline second.

  • Your planner, desktop, calendar, and ringtones (no judgment, whatever floats your boat!) are color-coded and organized by category, so you never miss a beep.

  • Like Neo from The Matrix or Elastagirl (aka Helen Parraka Mrs. Incredible from The Incredibles), navigating and adapting to your environment with super-stretch and flex-like powers are your superpowers.

  • Creating beautiful and inviting events that bring people together is your love language. You want everyone to feel welcome at the events you help plan because ¡Juntos es Mejor!

What you will do:

  • Partner with the brand experience team to plan and execute brand marketing events and experiential initiatives.

  • Support brand and marketing campaigns and goals by translating into cohesive, brand-aligned experiences that drive awareness, connection, and community impact.

  • Research, evaluate, and propose event and experiential opportunities that align with brand values and business objectives.

  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks vital to the success of experiential initiatives – blending creative problem solving with organizational strategy.

  • Support the measurement of experiential and event success by generating reports and trends to understand ROI.

  • Share insights and recommendations to inform future experiential projects in and outside of Austin, TX.

  • Act as the point of contact for all event-related matters before, during, and post-event.

  • Manage and execute experiential touch points in an event setting, trade show and beyond – logistics, design, production, communications (internal and external), and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external agency partners when bringing Siete’s marketing visions to life.

  • Spearhead vendor sourcing, agreements, and vendor relationship management – included, but not limited to: venue partners, venues, and additional staffing.

  • Support to maintain compliance with insurance, health, and safety regulations.

  • Manage event budgets and tracking, ensuring all costs to produce each event are accounted for, clearly recorded, and communicated with stakeholders.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative duties, including ordering supplies, vendor coordination, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution.

  • High attention to detail while maintaining brand standards and consistency.

  • Willingness to travel for out of town events and shows and work outside of regular business hours, based on event schedule.

Your Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in event production is required, including trade show experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Google Suite is required.

  • 1+ years in Marketing and/or CPG experience is required.

  • Experience using Asana or similar project management software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
