Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking reliable, motivated, and hard-working individuals for full-time Farm Worker positions across Canada for the 2025 hiring season. This role is LMIA approved, which means international candidates are eligible for visa sponsorship under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. As a Farm Worker, you will play a key role in supporting agricultural operations through planting, harvesting, sorting, and packaging crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment and ensuring a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops such as vegetables, fruits, or grains depending on farm assignment

  • Operate farm machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

  • Sort, grade, and pack produce for shipment

  • Clean, maintain, and repair farm infrastructure, including greenhouses, irrigation systems, and tools

  • Monitor crops for pests and diseases and assist in applying pesticides or fertilizers as needed

  • Assist in seasonal farm preparations such as soil cultivation and fertilization

  • Follow safety procedures and hygiene protocols at all times

  • Work collaboratively with farm supervisors and other workers to meet productivity targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No formal education required (High School diploma preferred)

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods

  • Basic understanding of farming processes and equipment use is an asset

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • A valid passport and eligibility for a Canadian work visa under LMIA (for international applicants)

  • Willingness to work in a rural environment and in varying weather conditions

Experience

  • No prior farming experience is required; training will be provided

  • Prior work in agriculture, horticulture, or similar labor-intensive roles is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (35–60 hours per week, depending on season)

  • Rotational shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required

  • Overtime available during peak harvest seasons, paid according to Canadian labor laws

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
